1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website (https://ojasthamke.github.io/OrderKart-main/), downloading, installing, or ordering via the OrderKart mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This website and application are owned and operated by OrderKart. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligible Registration

To place orders on OrderKart, customers must create an account using Google OAuth 2.0 Sign-In, Mobile Phone OTP verification, or assigned Customer Member Code. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current delivery information (including your name, contact phone number, house/flat address, street, and registered area).

3. Product Description, Pricing in INR & Availability

• Indian Rupee (INR) Pricing: All items listed in our catalog, on this website, and inside the mobile application are clearly quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes.
• Farm Harvest Variations: Fresh vegetables, leafy greens, and seasonal fruits are harvested daily from local farms. Minor natural weight fluctuations (+/- 2% to 5%) may occur due to transit moisture loss.
• Stock Availability: Produce availability depends on morning wholesale market arrivals. In the event an item becomes unavailable after order placement, our team will promptly notify you, and that item will be deducted from your total or fully refunded.

4. Ordering, Hyperlocal Fulfillment & Delivery Schedules

• Deliveries are carried out in designated serviceable zones across Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
• Standard delivery windows operate in morning and evening slots. While we aim to fulfill orders in our signature 37-minute delivery window or assigned scheduled slot, unexpected delays caused by severe weather or traffic will be communicated promptly.
• Customers or their authorized representatives must be present at the registered delivery address to receive the parcel.

5. Modes of Payment

OrderKart supports secure, compliant payment channels including:

• Online Payment Gateway (PayU / UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Instant, 100% encrypted and RBI-compliant digital payment collection.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable directly to the delivery executive upon doorstep physical inspection and handover.
• Doorstep UPI QR Transfer: Instant digital scan-and-pay via UPI apps on delivery.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Rights

7. Limitation of Liability

OrderKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen delays caused by force majeure events, natural agricultural shortages, or third-party telecom network failures.
