Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All saved customer profiles, delivery addresses, order history, and active sessions will be permanently purged from our databases.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and all associated personal data from your Android device with zero waiting time:
- Open the OrderKart app on your Android smartphone.
- Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Account Actions section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm the prompt.
- Your account will be instantly erased and you will be returned to the sign-in screen.
Option 2: Online Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. Our support team will process your request within 48 hours.
Data Types Deleted vs Retained
- Permanently Deleted: Customer name, phone number, Google account identifier, email address, physical addresses, push notification tokens, and local cache.
- Retained (Anonymized): Transactional invoice records required under Indian taxation and accounting laws are retained in strictly anonymized format.
